Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy, but the bathroom was a bit small. The service was exceptional, even during a busy conference. The location was convenient, although it could use some updates to the rooms.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious with a balcony, but the bathroom could use an update. The service was exceptional, accommodating my special request even during a busy conference. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions in Williamsburg. The dining options were good, but the Pad Thai stood out. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely walk-out patio with double beds, but the bathrooms definitely need updating as they felt too small for comfort. The service was exceptional, with one receptionist going out of their way to accommodate a special request despite the hotel being bustling with a conference. The location was lovely, especially for conferences, nestled in the well-lit area of Williamsburg with Busch Gardens close by, offering a relaxing ambiance on the hillside with a distant gazebo. The dining options were diverse, but regrettably not included. The shabushabu served was a hit though. The facilities were decent overall.
